What we need in a nutshell We need someone who can lead and inspire a busy team, who is business-savvy, and who understands that food and drink are central to a happy holiday. When they are with us, they play crazy games, enjoy show-stopping entertainment and live in the moment. Our job is to surprise and delight them at every turn. We need you to be the person who manages the F&B team so that you and they deliver delight in our bar and cafe. What you?ll be doing As part of our slightly bonkers team of holiday heroes, you will be supporting the Complex Manager and making sure that our guests are fed, watered and having a good time. This includes: Managing and motivating the F&B team to deliver delight at every interaction, we don?t believe in saying ?no? so this word will not be in your vocabulary. To ensure the Retail operation is compliant with all Food Safety and Health & Safety requirements. The team will need to have the required qualification and be supported by you on a regular basis to keep it in the forefront of their minds. Training and supporting team members to help them be the best they can be delivering the very best customer service at all times with a great knowledge of products. Delivering great service is not enough for us we strive to deliver the best service, to each and every guest. Role modelling our Standards of Service and food specifications to ensure they are at the heart of every sale. We only serve the best products, in the best way, every time. Taking new ideas/concepts and making them happen as envisaged. It?s not just about the Bar and Café alone, they are set in the main Complex and it?s about taking ownership of these areas to ensure our Guests are sat in the most pristine surroundings. Skills, experience and qualities you?ll need We have high standards We?ll train you up, but you must: To be commercially focused with experience of delivering both short and long term profits ? with the customer experience remaining central. Ideally have worked in the holiday park sector. A proven track record in managing, leading and developing teams. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. The ability to work under pressure and solve problems. Strong project management skills, with the ability to engage colleagues so that new strategies are successfully implemented. To be hands-on, self-motivated and ambitious, as well as having a large helping of common sense and a sense of humour.
