My client is an F&B technology company doing just that by transforming the QSR and casual restaurant industry through machine-learning, automation and design. A dynamic, fast-paced food tech company, through their product they empower consumers to craft their own ultra-personalised meals, creating menus that learn and adapt to individual consumers? needs - whether they be vegan, diabetic or are just looking to get fit. For QSR brands they automate manual processes through a mix of software, hardware and consumer-demand forecasting, enabling restaurants to be more effective with their resources and boost productivity. We are looking for someone to join their central commercial business development management team. You will work within a growth strategy framework to identify prospects and create long-lasting, sustainable relationships with QSR/casual dining operators and branded groups. As an operator yourself (preferably) you will ?speak their language? and support your clients to provide innovative technology that enables personalised experiences and allows restaurants to transform their operations and create a market leading brand experience for their customers. Key responsibilities Impart an in-depth knowledge of their unique QSR software platforms. Effectively manage a basic CRM system. Contribute to and execute agreed commercial strategy and quarterly/yearly goals. Work across teams to successfully win and implement QSR restaurant software with a number of high profile restaurants. Deliver integrated solutions in professional presentations, with a detailed understanding of client requirements. Carefully craft ongoing relationship pre-award stage, leading to successful outcomes Commercial and contract negotiation. About you ESSENTIAL: At least 2 years QSR/F&B experience at area/operations manager level Substantial QSR sector operational experience and knowledge is essential You will have the ability to communicate naturally but professionally, both in verbal and written form Knowledge of the restaurant/catering sector in general is essential You have a natural affinity towards technology and IT systems An ability to confidently forge positive new business relationships You love working in a high-paced agile environment and are eager to learn new technologies and ways of working. You can effectively organise your own work and are aware of how to spend your time efficiently to get stuff done. You thrive on flexibility and are confident in making your own decisions with a minimum of administrative hurdles.
