A high volume, coastal pub located in Tyne and Wear is seeking a Chef de Partie Role: A Chef de Partie position is available at a pub located in a coastal position making it particularly popular during the summer months although it is busy all year round. The menus at the pub offer fresh, local seafood and classic pub dishes served with a modern twist with all dishes made on site. As Chef de Partie you will be working within a team of eight chefs, running your sections to the high standards the Head Chef expects. Requirements: The role needs an experienced Chef de Parte who is used to working in high volume, fresh food kitchen where you were working under pressure. The ability to fully control your own section is essential for this position.
