A Commis Chef role is available at a Peak District pub located in Derbyshire Role: This role of Commis Chef is based at a food led pub based in a Peak District town where you will be creating home cooked meals from fresh ingredients.As Commis Chef you will receive excellent in house training in order to develop your all round cooking skills and knowledge of the kitchen.The pub offers menus featuring pub classics but also more modern ?a la carte? dishes in the evening. Requirements: All Commis Chefs applying for this role should already have gained experience in a fresh food kitchen environment.A chef keen to learn new skills in order to progress up the ladder would be ideal for this role.
