Food & Beverage Administrator - Luxury Country Estate - Leatherhead We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Administrator; the person who will help co-ordinate the team. We are looking for someone who wants to explore the ?back of house? elements of hospitality whilst being prepared to step in to help with ?front of house? requirements to support our service. The Role of Food & Beverage Administrator: To work with the F&B Manager and take the lead on all administrative tasks for the department. Organise, prepare and attend relevant meetings with the F&B Manager. Support by taking actions. Assist the Department Managers with System administration including department rotas. Working with the Department Managers and H&S Advisor to ensure control procedures and compliance deadlines are met. Liaise with procurement and culinary teams to ensure accurate costing for food and beverage. Work with the Front of House team to gain knowledge and experience to enable assistance when required. Support all aspects of the F&B team with ad hoc projects and assistance. The Person The ideal candidate will be self-initiating. Always looking for ways in which to support and drive efficiencies throughout the department. Key requirements for Food & Beverage Administrator: Being extremely smart and presentable in their appearance. Can achieve deadlines, through strong communication skills. Has the confidence to deal with all members of the team, regardless of status. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential and having the ability to analyse data, would be an advantage. Computer literacy is a must.
