We have a superb opportunity for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. The role: As a F&B Assistant you are responsible for working in all areas of Food and Beverage as needed to deliver an excellent Guest experience. The Ideal candidate for the F&B Assistant must- Be able to work in all areas of Food & Beverage including Bar, Restaurant including Breakfast service, Room Service and Conference & Events. Be able to welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner. Be able to take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service and positive attitude. Have previous Food & Beverage experience within the Hotel trade. Have knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Regulations. Be able to communicate effectively with the Guest, understand and follow basic English instructions. Be able to handle pressure. Have good Time Keeping skills.
