Requirements & Responsibilities of a Food & Beverage Associate To deliver consistently high levels of excellence, to ensure complete satisfaction of both internal and external customers. To anticipate client needs at all times. Ensure high standard of customer service accompanying the Luxury Collection standards. To be fully aware of products and menus. To support all F&B departments across the hotel To report guest feedback and service gaps to management. To adhere to all statutory requirements regarding, fire and health & safety. To be responsible for identifying own training needs and communicating them to your manager. To deal with all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
