We?re looking for a people-focused and sales driven Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Frensham Little Pond. In this role you?ll champion the use of local produce and serving outstanding food. You?ll manage and develop your team and lead them to consistently deliver excellent customer service. The Hours: 37.5 hours per week. No Evenings & No Split Shifts. You?ll be used to working with people of all ages and backgrounds and you love the buzz of being at the heart of a busy F&B environment. As the Food & Beverage Manager your role is to provide leadership and support to your team. Your support means that the team can be left to get on with what they do best, while you manage the behind the scenes operations, from admin to people management and everything in between You?ll be the leader in customer service and maintaining high standards of presentation and excellence in the food we serve.
