Food & Beverage Manager ? Hotel Central Oxford £26,000 - £28,000 Made up of two manor houses, this elegant 4 boutique style Hotel are currently looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join the team. The Hotel currently operates 77 Bedrooms, A La Carte Restaurant, Conference & Banqueting facilities for up to 160 which splits between a range of different event and conference space along with our terrace, grounds and 3 acres of garden. As Food & Beverage Manager you will need to have a hotel background. Your overall responsibility will be looking after all aspects to the F&B Operations this includes: Restaurant, Bar and Conference/ Events. Furthermore, you will need to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all hotel guests and ensure all staff are developed and coach accordingly. Main Responsibilities Ensure smooth running all of all Food & Beverage outlets within the hotel To supervise and run shifts within all associated departments as business requires and provide leadership to the team working with you To maintain a safe and secure environment, overseeing risk assessments within all Food & Beverage and associated departments To support completion of all departmental training To ensure that all customer service standards are monitored and maintained at all time To actively develop the food and beverage product and service levels Complaint handling ? responding to verbal and written complaints in a set time frame To assist the hotel in terms of Sales, actively converting potential sales leads and referring them to the Sales Manager To keep up to date with legislation and implement as required To identify, provide and evaluate learning and development within the team To provide regular inventory checks on all key items including crockery, cutlery, glassware and other assets To monitor and manage all departmental KPIs To effectively manage the departmental Rota and adjust staffing levels according to business requirements daily Duty Management cover What we offer: Meals on duty Discounted rate on Food & Beverage within the hotel Online training platform to develop your skills Discounted bedroom rates at other UK managed properties Possibility of career progression 28 days holiday Make sure you apply with an up to date CV for a fully confidential chat with one of the RSD Recruitment professionals This job was originally posted as
