The Job: A much-sought-after opportunity has arisen for a professional Food and Beverage Manager with flair and passion at our client?s high-end hotel in the bustling City of London. Ideal for a food and beverage professional who will enjoy the responsibility of managing the food and beverage departments at a large, corporate-led, high-end hotel. Our client may look at a "Super-Star" Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. The Hotel: A large, bustling, high-end hotel that boasts luxurious bedrooms & suites; professional conference, wedding and events suites; stylish fine-dining and brasserie restaurants; sumptuous lounges for their famed ?afternoon teas; a number of elegant bars; professional leisure club & spa. The Challenge: To positively impact this established hotel and its team, taking a senior executive role that will take responsibility for the management of hotels food & beverage departments and staff. To manage the day-to-day operation, ensuring consistent delivery of high-end service standards and specifications. To take the business to the next level: sharing an all-encompassing, creative strategy that envelopes all areas of the food and beverage business; that takes advantage of the opportunities available. To work through your departmental teams: management of all relevant HR, fiscal, legislative and administrative duties and to attend appropriate meetings, as the role dictates. To manage your team's: welfare; recruitment; training; supervision; development via formal processes; company procedures; your mentorship role. To embrace full fiscal responsibility for: departmental sales; costs; payroll; operating expenses; budgets. The Person: Will have an inspirational profile with the ability to manage a first-class team; enhancing their experience and embellishing their skillset. Will have the personality of a natural leader; self-motivation; natural team-leadership; be positive with a can-do attitude; have first-class communication skills; the profile of a prominent diplomat.
