The Food & Beverage Manager should be a champion for these values. The Holiday Inn London - Kensington is located just off Kensington High Street. It?s a 700 bedroom 4 star hotel with 13 meeting rooms and extensive spa facilities, and we are looking for a F&B Manager to lead our busy and professional F&B team. We need someone who is charismatic, professional, well groomed and can demonstrate a career path of successful progression. At Holiday Inn, the role of F&B Manager is to provide day-to-day leadership and direction by maximizing financial returns, driving development of a team of 80 people, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community. Responsibilities : Manage all F&B outlets within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service Identify customers? needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel Establish targets, KPI?s, schedules, policies and procedures in line with F&B balanced scorecard Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork Comply with all health and safety regulations Report to management regarding sales results and productivity. Person Specification: You will demonstrate strengths in team management and have a clear focus in Hospitality and Customer Care. You are required to be an energetic and well-motivated professional who has strong leadership skills to drive the team to success Will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B outlets, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
