We are now looking for a great personality to join our management and leadership team as Food & Beverage Operations Manager. Food & Beverage Operations Manager - The Role With work well underway, we are now looking to for guest passionate Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join our team during the pre-opening phase to set up the Food & Beverage operational departments. Reporting into the Hotel Operations Manager (HOM), this is the most senior role within the Food & Beverage department and will manage a full range of functions with the team As our Food & Beverage Operations Manager you'll lead the launch of our restaurant ?The Oxen Bar & Grill? and become part of the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Executive team. Through your expertise and all-round knowledge of food, great local suppliers, seasonality, spirits, beers and cocktails, you'll bring Oxen Bar & Grill and our executive meetings to vivid life Responsible for managing all Restaurant, Bar and Meetings operations to deliver unrivalled guest experience, with a focus on creativity and authenticity Effectively control the flow of customers and the interaction between the front and back-of-house throughout service Responsible for continually checking that guest service standards are set, implemented and monitored in line with set standards, that you will help devise. To ensure that all staff members are impeccably presented and adhere to the correct uniform standards. Ensure all staff members have a ?Personal Development Plan? that details and actively encourages use of all the Hotel training Calendar Ensure that all team members are fully equipped with the tools, skills, behaviours and knowledge required before customer contact Work with the Hotel Operations and Sales teams to develop a continual programme of marketing and sales for Oxen Bar & Grill. Ensure Team Members maximise all sales opportunities Ensure Team Members consistently maintain brand standards and high levels of customer service To work in co-operation with the Hotel Operations Manager and Head Chef on new products, menu?s, promotions etc. Handle all customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner Accurately manage all transactions during service Manage Team Member schedules, department stocks, and wastage levels to maximise profits and customer care at all times.
