The main purpose of your role will be to ensure the delivery of high standards of service on a daily basis within our restaurants, private dining and weddings, creating fantastic memories for our guests. You will support in the achievement of up-selling targets and assist in managing departmental manpower and operating costs in line with budgets. You will also support in providing coaching and training to members of your team. This hands-on role provides direct contact with guests and the opportunity to develop your skills in interactions with both guests and team members. Competencies of our Food and Beverage Staff: You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating good food and wine knowledge. The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential. In return you will be rewarded with a fun and engaging environment.
