The Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor is seeking is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist F&B/M&E team as well as welcome our guests to the outlets in a warm and friendly manner and attending to their needs throughout their stay. Working as part of our F&B Team and reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will enjoy multi-tasking and prioritising your workload whilst providing our guests with a consistent professional service by demonstrating excellent customer service and excellent communication skills. Duties & Responsibilities: To assist and support the F&B/M&E outlets in creating an environment, which promotes staff morale, encouraging the Team to show pride in being part of F&B team and to use their skills and attitude to provide highest standards of service thus ensuring maximum efficiency. To assist the Manager to create and maintain a Guest History Database, including names, birthdays, preferred tables, usual drinks, contact details etc. To be fully aware of the daily special, a la carte, apéritif and other items that can be sold in the bar/restaurant and demonstrate up-to-date job knowledge of new beverages and cocktails, while sharing this knowledge with the rest of the Team. To control all requisitions for the Meeting & Events. To actively participate in the monthly F&B meetings.
