This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a great understanding of hospitality food and drink business and accountancy processes. A professional who engages comfortably with others, is competent in the running of day to day Goods Receiving and stores operation as well as controlling Food & Beverage Costs. Key Responsibilities · Inventory Procedures, producing monthly reports and reconciliation · Control procedures including par stock levels and optimization of Procure Wizard · Management of the team, including employee relations, team engagement and training. Key Skills · Confident dealing with people at different levels in the hotel and external customers · Numerate and Accurate · Able to work on their own · Capable of prioritising their work · Ability to work to deadlines · Handle large volumes of paper and cope with pressure points when they occur · Keen on solving issues and not afraid of challenges · Deal with unexpected situations and change · Listen to internal and external customers and action their points respectively in a timely manner · Flexible, open and team player in order to maintain good relations with 3rd parties, HOD?s and colleagues · A previous experience in Income Audit is an advantage · Strong communication skills (writing, telephone) In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
