Supporting the provision of a successful restaurant service Assisting your manager with the mentoring of your team - ensuring your commitment to delivering a consistent, quality service Getting to know your customers and using your relationships to offer suggestions to enhance their experiences Helping with stock and labour margins against your P&L. Providing a warm, friendly welcome to our guests in the hotel, Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within the food & drink areas, Taking and serving orders efficiently ensuring full communication is channelled from the bar, restaurant through to the kitchen team, Produce & serve drinks to brand standards and taking payments both cash & card; processing them through the till system effectively.
