We are looking for a full time book keeper of finance manager based in our office in North West London. Supporting the finance director you will be helping to bring our accounting in house. You will be managing Xero, and helping to set up all our internal controls and reporting processes. Your key personal qualities: Self-motivation Attention to detail A love for all things health and fitness Your responsibilities will be mainly: This is a fantastic opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join a friendly and supportive team. The role will involve working with a range of people within the business and covering the following duties: Processing all Xero transactions Managing the Xero integrations including Stripe Bank account reconciliations Managing receivables invoices including reconciling deposits Reconciling supplier bill discrepancies, credits and payments Processing company credit card receipts and expense claims Fixed asset register maintenance and depreciation calculation Month end accounting procedures Preparation of VAT returns Providing administrative and clerical support as needed Do you have the following experience? You will need at least 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper, with a minimum of 1 year using Xero. If you have worked in a start-up environment previously it will be an advantage, as will any book keeping, accounting or business qualifications. Skills and competencies for success: Xero (at least 1 year) Expert Excel and Microsoft office skills Strong data entry skills and a knack for numbers - be highly attentive to details and keep your finger on the pulse Good organizational skills are essential, timeliness is key You must be a thorough and accurate worker who is able to recognize errors when made, and takes the necessary steps to correct them You should be a fast-paced mover with strong interpersonal relation skills, who is able to work efficiently both independently and in a team Don?t let rules confine you - thinking outside the box is necessary at such a role in such a dynamic environment; analysing information and problem solving skills are a must Common sense and understanding of confidentiality also important. Package and benefits This is a full time role with a salary of £30,000 per annum. Once you successfully complete your 3 month probation, FFF offers 1 'work from home? day per week and free staff lunches on site. We are also open to facilitating further studies for CPA, ACCA or CIMA for the right candidate
