You will be part of a small team of friendly staff that deliver excellent customer service to the hotel guests. The role includes housekeeping and assisting the in the restaurant when required. LIVE IN ACCOMMODATION IS AVAILABLE. Your role: Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas Take direction from the Floor Housekeepers and the Head Housekeeper To offer an exquisite dining experience to the customers Advise on menu choices, take orders, serve meals and payments Prepare and clear tables To offer a high standard of service and always professional The successful General Assistant should have: At least 12 months restaurant waiting experience Background in a similar role within a 4/5 star property Good English both verbally and written A positive approach to teamwork Own transport or live-in All candidates will be required to demonstrate their right to work in the UK.
