In this role, the Graduate NPD Technologist will support the NPD Technologist in the day to day running of factory trials, product concepts and development. Key responsibilities for the Graduate NPD Technologist: Plan and organise resources to achieve the day to day delivery of trials and projects in line with business timescales and customer requirements. Manage recipes and data from trials, keeping them up to date and communicating any identified discrepancies and necessary amendments to relevant departments both internally and externally. Assist in implementing amendments to new and existing products in accordance with feedback from the business, customers or trial data. Maintain correct methods and ensure yield information is in place and recorded correctly. Ensure the company safety standards are met, observed and adhered to at all times. The ideal candidate for the Graduate NPD Technologist position: Degree in a food science, nutrition or similar discipline. Preferable experience in food manufacturing. Practical understanding of HACCP, GMP and hygiene. Basic understanding of Microbiology, Nutrition. In return the successful Graduate NPD Technologist will receive a salary of between £18,000 - £21,000 plus additional company benefits.
