HEAD CHEF - FOOD LED GASTRO PUB - CHOBHAM £35-40K PROFIT SHARE TIPS GREAT COMPANY BENEFITS Role Overview: Recruiting for a Head Chef to join a leading pub group who are looking for a passionate, dedicated and talented Head Chef to join one of their sites In Chobham, you will manage your team efficiently and effectively to enhance the food offering and drive the business forward. You will confidently manage the kitchen and mentor your team. You will be in charge of the overall running of the kitchen, cooking high quality meals for high volume as well as assisting in menu design. As Head Chef you'll be hands on to ensure the smooth running of a busy kitchen. That means you'll be cooking and working across all sections and you'll also create the 6-weekly changing, seasonal fresh food menu. They make almost everything from scratch so this is a role for a Head Chef who really loves fresh ingredients and has a passion for flavours.
