Head of Facilities Management - Food & Logistics £80,000 - £90,000 plus benefits (Grade C20) Nationwide, based in Manchester 2 days per week The Co-op is growing. With 2,500 stores and 12 distribution centres across the country, we have a complex retail operation, and the property team plays a key role in making sure that our colleagues, customers and members are getting the best experience in our stores. As the head of FM for Food and Logistics, you'll lead your team to make sure that our stores and depots are maintained to the highest standards and that any issues are fixed rapidly with minimum impact to our colleagues and customers. It's a big job, but it's one in which you can make a real difference in a business that puts its people at the heart of its strategy. What you'll do lead and motivate your divisional managers, providing them with the tools they'll need to successfully guide and coach their teams.
