The Role: · Working closely with the Site Director and Management team to deliver expert People and HR leadership · Strong focus on employee relations, communication, manager capability and people policies · Managing 2 direct reports · Leading recruitment for roles for office and manufacturing The Candidate: · Experienced HR professional from a food manufacturing background is essential · Must be CIPD Level 7 qualified · Excellent communication skills with the ability to improve current practises · Strong MS Office skills What?s on offer? · £45k - 55k DOE · Monday ?
