Everybody knows the saying ?a hygienic site is a happy site?. What does your typical day look like? No two days are ever the same within a Burtons Biscuits Bakery, which is one of the reasons it?s such an exciting place to work. One minute you might be working with our 3rd party on-site cleaning provider, the next may see you launching new improvements to drive best practices. Finally you will be ensuring that the site not only meets but exceeds our customers & industry standard KPI?s on a daily basis. What are the key ingredients needed for the role? This role would be great for an experienced individual within Quality or Hygiene, leadership experience is ideal but isn?t essential. What is key though is having experience in Food Safety (Level 3), if you also have NEBOSH / IOSH it would be a bonus. Final part of the mix. To be successful in this role at Burton?s you?ll need experience working with or for the major supermarkets, with an understanding of BRC audits, meaning you will need to have experience within Food & Beverage manufacturing.
