Out of Home/On Trade Food and Beverage Home based Highly competitive Salary and package Scout & Maven are proud to be working with the fastest growing organisation in the Food and Beverage procurement-solution sector. They are partnered with some of the leading household-name, brand leaders in the food and beverage space. Our client offers bespoke, food and drink procurement solutions to the on-trade , out-of-home and HoReCa arena. Following a highly successful period of business performance they are now looking to expand their sales team in key regions across the UK. Key Account Managers will be instrumental in managing and developing key accounts within Hotels, Restaurants, Pub Groups and Golf Clubs, selling a full portfolio of food and drink products on behalf of the client?s stakeholder?s brands. Candidates must be a self-motivated, tenacious and dynamic with a real focus on new business and relationship development with key stakeholders and end-users. You will possess professional commitment, drive and enthusiasm as well as being highly customer focused We are interested individuals with: Sales experience working with a brewery, drinks wholesaler, foodservice provider or equivalent An understanding of the Out of Home market Proven background in New Business Development and Account Management Previous experience managing a region or territory Natural flair for relationship building Passion for working autonomously Key Responsibilities: New Business Development ? completion of the full customer journey from prospecting to first orders Account Management ? continuous and improved orders including gap filing and the handling of any supply chain issues Selling supplier portfolio products Managing own territory Diary Management Contributing to company development and growth What?s on offer: Our client regularly reward their employees? performance beyond an already highly competitive commission structure with regular incentives and opportunity to progress as the company continues to grow.
