National Account Manager - Food Innovation - £35-50K Basic 10% OTE Ref: 140390 Location : South East 30% New Business Sales Ambitious, £17M Turnover Company Received Queen's Award for Enterprise The Role: Representing an multi award-winning British food innovator, the new NAM will be largely responsible for managing an existing client base across a national basis. Based from home, you will sell through contract catering and distributors, as well as businesses within education and healthcare. Our client has secured continued growth and is now diversifying their range, this role will also focus on new product development and researching new markets. This is a 12 month contract which is likely to become permanent. The Company: Relaxed, family run and friendly - INNOVATION - is at the core of this £17M turnover business. With huge growth plans in the pipeline, they aim to hit £25M by 2021 They have created a superb range of healthy eating food brands, suppling meat, vegetarian, organic, gluten free and bakery products to the food service market. They are now recruiting a national account manager to support expansion. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Must have foodservice experience Sold to contract caterers and/or food distributors New business ability and drive Consultative sales approach Able to spend occasional nights away Benefits: Up to £50,000 basic salary depending on experience, plus 10% OTE Company car, mobile, laptop, healthcare and pension BMS Sales Specialists have spent years building strong relationships with leading B2B companies.
