Regulatory Affairs & Technical Executive Key Responsibilities: Technical Administration and Document Control Responsible for the organisation and management of all product related technical documents. This includes but is not limited to providing them, facilitating their use by others and in some cases completing documentation: Obtaining technical information from suppliers for the purposes of customer enquires Liaising with colleagues and manufacturing partners to provide technical responses to customers Compiling all technical documents for all our products Ensuring all manufacturing audit certificates are up to date and available for all clients Management of Certificates of Analysis for all products to ensure they are EU compliant and conform to the Product Specifications. Regulatory knowledge Awareness of current technical guidelines on food supplements. This includes RDAs/NRVs for ingredients Contributing technical input into creating the formulations of new food supplements Awareness of permitted health claims and the use of particular ingredients within health supplements Technical Support - Providing advice on technical matters, ingredients and label claims Ownership of all technical enquiries (both internal and external) Governance of label claims and nutritional information Liaising with the HFMA Manage to completion all customer and consumer product complaints. Key Skills/Competencies: Qualified in Human Nutrition or Food Science Knowledge of current EU/EFSA permitted health claims Excellent attention to detail and drive for results Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Ability to work in cross functional teams Excellent organisational skills Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89221699
