The job As Regulatory & Specifications Technician, the purpose of your role is to manage and monitor regulatory compliances, technical information and documentation, in all areas of legislation, customer service, supplier compliance and critical records in line with the Quality System. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will prepare and issue specifications, ensure label system records are accurate, enter all necessary data for new formulations, control and maintain supplier data, certificates and approvals, give product advice as required, maintain the point of contact for Organic and Kosher Certification plus maintain laboratory calibration compliance records. Your experience Ideally educated to a degree level in a food science/technology discipline, you will possess previous regulatory, compliance or technical experience from within food or beverage manufacturing, most preferably in a product sector such as flavours, ingredients, formulations etc. You will have an excellent working knowledge of quality systems and procedures, have high attention to detail, strong IT skills plus a good level of accuracy.
