The job As Technical Administrator, the purpose of your role is to work across the group supporting the publication of KPI reports, trended customer complaint information and technical KPI?s plus support the administration tasks of across the group technical function. You will ensure KPI reports are completed, ensure technical metrics are trended, published, and communicated, respond to customer complaint letters and queries, ensure the Board report is fully populated and issued on time, support in ensuring technical compliance to audit requirements, manage supplier data, support site adherence to relevant COP?s and customer led projects plus deliver internal QMS audits. Your experience To be considered for the Technical Administrator role, you will be educated to a degree level in a food science, food technology or related subject and/or possess technical/QA admin experience within a food manufacturing environment. You will have knowledge of technical/quality management systems, have strong organisational and IT skills plus have the ability to analyse data and support in the formulation of action plans. More details The Technical Administrator job is based in the London / South East region and is paying £22,000 - £25,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
