We are after a Business Development Executive, a Senior Sales professional to take this service to the UK FOOD manufacturing market. £45k£55k OTE Bonus on top Car Allowance. The Head office is based in: OXFORDSHIRE If you are based in these areas you will be close to the office: Hampton Poyle, Kidlington, Thrupp, Yarton, Shiptononcherwell, Begboke, Gosford, Oxford. Territory: NATIONWIDE What do they do? Design and Manufacture systems that allow companies to produce their cleaning chemicals on site. They deal with Hygiene, Chemical Handling and minimise packaging, transport to avoid risks They basically provide a service that will be cheaper in the long run for Food Manufacturers and a service that will make your life easier and safer for your business. What will YOU be doing? \Develop trusted, longterm profitable customer accounts through relationship building sales techniques. \Qualify and manage sales opportunities through professional gated screening processes and use of all available information resources. \Develop comprehensive knowledge of prospects including personnel and responsibilities, budgeting, customer business objectives, business needs and opportunity. \Deliver customer sales presentations and participate in all sales activities and assist with general customer demonstrations, training and support. \Negotiate all sales opportunities in conjunction with senior leadership and generate associated contracts and proposals. \Achieve value based pricing levels through effective sales negotiation. \Coordinate and communicate sales activities and strategies effectively to the business. \Create and update account/contact details within the companys CRM system. Use the CRM to monitor and report on prospects purchasing plans. \Leverage CRM system to grow sales from existing customer base and expand customer base in assigned territory. \Provide regular and accurate sales forecast updates. \Create a territory business plan that satisfies goals as established by sales management. \Effectively build a short/medium/long term sales pipeline and manage the necessary levels of sales leads, prospects, and opportunities, with support from marketing. \Identify product and technology training requirements and liaise with customer service to deliver high quality post sales experience. We are after someone who has dealt with a complex service based solution sell. Coming from a Food Manufacturer would be advantageous for this role but we are not looking for FMCG sales professionals you need to of sold a service not a product.
