The role will encompass the carrying out of training and learner assessments within food process manufacturing operations and machinery. With key responsibilities including teaching and assessing students, maintaining relationships with students and clients and providing internal quality assurance of learner work. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about food process engineering and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations/ process engineering, experience of teaching and assessing, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.
